Mr. Baylet is an attorney experienced in financial services and securities law.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Baylet gained experience at an internship with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in the New York Regional Office. Before that, Mr. Baylet also attained knowledge in the securities industry at an internship with the New York State Department of Financial Services and an international brokerage firm and FCM.
Education
- J.D., New York Law School. During law school, Mr. Baylet was a Global Law Fellow Scholar, associate for the Center for Business and Financial Law, competitor and coach for the Moot Court Association, Public Service Certificate recipient, and winner of the Ruben S. Fogel Commencement Award.
