Mr. Yagman is an attorney experienced in securities and consumer litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Yagman worked for a national class action firm where he gained experience in securities, antitrust and consumer protection litigation. Specifically, Mr. Yagman focused on cases involving the monopolization of the agricultural and food industry, deceptive and unfair trade practices committed by companies that produce consumer goods, and securities fraud committed by publicly-traded companies who mislead investors in order to artificially inflate stock prices. Mr. Yagman also writes extensively on issues related to sports and the law and is a member of the New York City Bar Association’s antitrust committee.
- J.D., Cardozo School of Law. During law school, Mr. Yagman completed a concentration in Intellectual Property and Data Law. Additionally, he served as Vice President of the Sports Law Society and moderated a 2017 symposium panel on antitrust law and the compensation of collegiate athletes.
- B.A. in History, University of Miami. During his undergraduate studies, Mr. Yagman was elected twice to represent his graduating class in the school’s student senate; he also worked as a student assistant for the Miami Hurricanes football coaching staff and as a radio commentator for 90.5 WVUM’s sports and political talk-shows.
